The person above you get's something and you insert a coin or something else besides a coin.
For example:
You get a Dark Chaos Chao
*inserts coin*
Or:
You get 65 FREE tickets to Poop on Ice:The Musical!Enojoy!(For SSS and GGG)
*inserts tickets*

It's a game. You just say something like "You get a cow! *inserts coin*"
Why? because you can. you can give them anything, and you don't have to insert a coin, you could insert whatever you feel like. Is this a detailed enough description? It better be, cuz I don't have a better one. Have fun!
