You guys probably all know about Sonic the Hedgehog 06.
Cool game, right? Good graphics, new hedgehog, good story, and all that other stuff with the Princess and this 'Iblis Trigger' thing.
Not for Christians, I have to say.
Iblis Trigger, so it's just some weird thing. NOT. In Islamic Language, it means Devil, or full translation, Spawn of Satan. In other words, Anti Christ. And if you've seen some screen shots, there are alot of levels that look hellish. And the trailer involves an enemy, who is practically the Devil.
I'm not a Christian myself, but it's clear enough that this means Sonic and his games are slowly going utterly devilish. Sooner or later, Dark Chao would end up as devils, chao would breed on top of each other (
), blood would be about when fighting bad guys and even people like Tails or Cream would be cussing/swearing.
Me and some of my friends on another board which Rosemary also goes on are absolutely horrified and outraged at what SEGA are doing to Sonic and would possibly happen. Together we want to stop this, although SEGA would never listen to a tiny group of kids and teenagers.
We have made a petition to help save Sonic. If you're unhappy about it too, sign the petition and send it out to all you friends and tell them to send it out their friends and so on.
