Age: 15
History: Menik was happy as a child, he was 6 when fates pen started the story of his life, (by pen of fate I mean my pen...) His father paid menik no attention thus making thir relationship, slim to nothing, his mother was his best friend, but she was wasn't like the other echidna mothers, she dosen't show her emotions much, nothing no luaghter, the only emotion that was shown the most was happiness, towards menik, but every year she would disappear, out of the house at midnight, and come home a couple days later but the way she came home, it wasn't noticed no matter how hard you'd try, as soon as you were off guard, she would be in her room sleeping, and you wouldn't know how she got there, one year menik followed her when she left, at midnight, she walked up a hill carrying a box, but menik reconized he remeberd sneaking into his mothers room to take one of her homemade cookies, but while walking over to them he knocked over a box and two cards fell out, a hard surfaced silver and a floppy red and yellow card. The same box, she carried them up hill he followed her until she came to the woods, she stopped and called menik so menik came out of hiding, and he tried to say something but he was cut off by his mother, "Menik" his mother started "run home and never follow me again" then she turned around with tears in her eyes, "Run menik!, Run!" then a black dust came charging down the hill like an avalanche menik ran and ran down the steep hill until he reached the bottom he looked at the woods but it was just back fog, when the dust cleared he looked around him his home, the town he lived in, now was the new blacklands, nothing survived, but him but why?Why did he survive? his home, but menik knew his mother was alive, but still crushed from that incident he fell to his knees and cried, the whole night, he sat there in the middle on black ground, black atmosphere, he didnt give up, got up at sun rise and called out for his mother.
