Legs-Grey Shoes-His shoes are guarded by gold rings. I'll write his short story.
Well, he came from the time where The Eggman Empire was in it's Golden Era. The emporer had just got married to Tulip, a.k.a. Trix. Eclpise, a young, handsome raccoon, was their butler. Eclipse fell in love with Trix, so he informed his great scientist friend Bubbles to make a time machine to go into the past.
And that's really it.
